I have personally experienced medical weight loss using GLP 1's also known as Ozempic, or Semaglutide or Tirzepatide. I have used semaglutide combined with NAD+ and I have lost a lot of weight using this.

I did not want to have anything, but a low dose of semaglutide, because i wanted a healthy weight loss solutions. I read the information from the different studies and discovered that if you take high doses of GLP1's, you can also have a lot of side effects. The higher doses will cause you to lose weight faster, but the risk to your health, and the risk of side effects increases rather quickly with the increase in dose. So smaller doses definitely helped every aspect of my body and health. Also, if you lose weight too quickly, it is terrible for your skin and will probably require surgery, that is if you lose a lot of weight

Recent Studies about GLP1's or Semaglutide

A new, large study finds that medications like Ozempic and Wegovy can seriously reduce knee pain for those with moderate to severe osteoarthritis, the result showed over 40% saw reduced pain due to severe osteoarthritis.

This latest adds another benefit to the growing list of avenues semaglutide may improve overall health.

Recent studies have shown drugs like Wegovy and Ozempic may help fight kidney disease and could be beneficial in preventing and treating substance abuse.

Weight Loss with Rx, Step by Step

These are the steps for utilizing our Healthy weight loss solutions and our medical weight loss program.

Book an appointment for the Telehealth visit and pay for it. Then we will tell you where you can get a blood test done and get it done with a huge discount. Plan on the appointment being about 2 weeks from when you get your blood test. If you have insurance, you will not have to pay out of pocket for the test.
Then you need to fill out he paperwork online about your medical history.
You will pay for your Telehealth visit
After your blood test you will send the results to our medical staff at dayspringwellness2001@gmail.com
Then we will confirm your appointment with the medical staff.
You will see the medical personnel for a review of your medical history
The medical staff will send a prescription to your pharmacy or to the one we use that they can mail it to you, if so desired or you can pick it up in Plano.
You then take your shot once a week or you come into the office and our staff can give you the injection.
If you have the $199 monthly membership, we will give the shot every week that you paid for from the pharmacy. You must bring it here or have it shipped here. If we give the shot at our office in Garland, it will cost you $20 not including the cost of the shot or the prescription.
