🌧️ What began as a simple outing quickly became one of the most frightening experiences of my life.
📅 On May 1, 2026, after a rainy day, I entered a local restaurant and unexpectedly tripped on a rug near the entrance. I fell hard, striking my head on the concrete floor. Within moments, a large knot developed on my forehead, and I knew something was seriously wrong.
🏥 Later that evening, I went to the emergency room, where a CT scan confirmed I had suffered a concussion along with a significant hematoma extending from my hairline to just above my right eyebrow. Thankfully, there was no internal bleeding, but the damage was extensive.
😔 Over the next few days, the bruising spread dramatically across my forehead, temple, both eyes, and down toward my chin. The swelling and discoloration were severe. Despite using Arnica and following medical advice, I saw very little improvement and worried it would take months before I looked or felt like myself again.
