📅 On May 1, 2026, after a rainy day, I entered a local restaurant and unexpectedly tripped on a rug near the entrance. I fell hard, striking my head on the concrete floor. Within moments, a large knot developed on my forehead, and I knew something was seriously wrong.

🏥 Later that evening, I went to the emergency room, where a CT scan confirmed I had suffered a concussion along with a significant hematoma extending from my hairline to just above my right eyebrow. Thankfully, there was no internal bleeding, but the damage was extensive.

😔 Over the next few days, the bruising spread dramatically across my forehead, temple, both eyes, and down toward my chin. The swelling and discoloration were severe. Despite using Arnica and following medical advice, I saw very little improvement and worried it would take months before I looked or felt like myself again.

I have two testimonies I want to share: one is about pain relief and the other is about weight loss.

I was in Dallas on 635 when the traffic was stopped in front of me. But there was a man going about 70 mph who I could see in my rearview mirror. I knew he couldn't stop, and he hit me, completely totaling my Mercedes GL 450.

As a result, I experienced some pain, but I didn't want to discuss it with others. I decided to try holistic health treatments, including two sessions a week with the ozone sauna, which immediately alleviated my pain.

Additionally, I have been using GLP1's for almost two years and have successfully lost a significant amount of weight. I limit the dosage because taking too much makes me feel nauseous. I've gone from a size 4X to a size 2X with minimal discomfort. I may have an issue once a year, but I now eat much less. One of the surprising benefits of this treatment is that it has normalized all my bloodwork.
